Cookie Policy

Last updated 27 October 2026

This page lists every cookie this site uses. There is only one of our own, the security check of the contact form may set technical cookies of its own, and the analytics ones only appear if you accept them.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work; others remember your choices or measure how the site is used. You can also block them in your browser settings.

2. The cookies of this site

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run remarketing and we do not build a profile of you.

  • mf_consent (first-party, necessary, 12 months): remembers whether you accepted or rejected the cookies, so the banner does not ask again on every visit.
  • _ga (first-party, analytics, 2 years): set by Google Analytics, distinguishes the visits of one person on this site. Only set if you accept.
  • _ga_<container-id> (first-party, analytics, 2 years): set by Google Analytics to keep the state of the session. Only set if you accept.
  • __cf_bm (third-party, necessary, 30 minutes): set by Cloudflare for the security check of the contact form. It expires in a short time and is not used to follow you.

3. Analytics and consent

The measurement of the Site uses Google Analytics 4. It is loaded only after you accept it: until then, nothing is requested from Google and no analytics cookie is set. If you reject, the measurement never runs.

The details of what is measured and why are in the Privacy Policy.

4. The security check of the contact form

The contact form asks Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the message comes from a person and not from an automated program. That check may set its own technical cookies, which expire in minutes and are not used to follow you across sites.

This check is not measurement: it works with or without the analytics consent, because without it the form could not be used.

5. How to control the cookies

The "Cookie settings" link in the footer opens the banner again, so you can accept or reject at any time. You can also delete the cookies of the site in your browser settings; the banner will ask you again the next time you visit.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. The measurement of this site is based on consent, not on that signal: if you accept the cookies, the measurement runs.
